Redmuze is a well-known name in music and video - they provide trade databases for stores, online retailers, libraries etc. In the UK, their video product offering was historically weak against their main competitor TSI Videolog - so they bought the Videolog part of the company.
Videolog updated the video database as a contracted service for Redmuze for nearly two years as part of the acquisition deal - and then Redmuze brought that part of the service inhouse.
